Our 40,000 sq. foot facility is in full operation with room for expanded production. We are located in TaiCang City, Jiangsu Province, within an hour's drive of Shanghai, the largest shipping port in the world. We have the ability and contacts to assist your exporting operations whether you shop small quantities or full containers, air freight or ocean. Our staff of trained workers is managed by a CCT (Certified Composite Technician) who oversees production and ensures the quality of all products that leave our facility. We manufacture our products using the hand lay-up method and chopper gun. All molds are produced from either a customer provided mold, blueprint or a sample. All molds are made using a CCP™® vinylester tooling gelcoat and reinforced with steel framing to prevent distortion. Some of our current product lines are reproduction car and truck parts (scoops, bumpers, hoods, deck lids, doors and fenders), motorcycle fenders, fiberglass body kits, aerial lift buckets and accessory items, tool boxes, water and slurry tanks, nose cones and acoustical panels.
